- Packing, Forwarding, Freight, and Insurance will be charged extra.

- Road permit, if applicable, will have to be provided by consignee well in advance.
- Customers are requested to send 50% advance payment on the value of the goods and the remaining payment at the time of delivery of goods.
- The credit should be given at an Interest rate of 5% of the bill value per month.
- Payment procedure should take place through Bank or D.O.D basis or through NEFT or RTGS.
- We don’t accept any cheque for the payment.
- Delivery time depends on the type of Order. Our delivery shall be within a reasonable time.
- We are available to fix any fault or disruption which occurs in the services.
- Customers should notify us immediately of any change of their address, or land line, or mobile phone number or any other relevant contact details.
